Step into Vinyasa Flow: breath to each movement, meditative, mindfully sequenced. This series is for all students who are new to yoga or curious about this form of practice. We focus on using the breath, linking postures, and mindfulness to move us deeper into our experience. Not easy and like anything it takes practice. So just begin.

In honor of Mother's Day, we encourage you to share your practice with your mother, grandmother, daughter, or any other special mom in your life. To help you give the gift of yoga, we created this event that honors moms of all ages and levels of practice. Each pose can be modified so that it is appropriate for varying levels of strength and flexibility.

4-Week Yoga Beginner Series

YOGA STARTS HERE

Molcintah Yoga is offering a 4-week beginner series for people who have NEVER taken a yoga class or want a refresher.

I’ve always wanted to try yoga but...

I’m not flexible - Creating steadiness of mind is the aim, greater flexibility is a bonus
I don’t know where to start - Start where you are and seek out a teacher
I try to avoid pain - If you have pain during yoga class something is wrong!
I have a bad knee, back, wrist - As long as your doctor gives you the green light it should be safe. Poses can be modified to prevent injury or pain in most cases
I don’t want to look stupid - No judgement allowed! We all need to step out of our comfort zone
Yoga is for soccer moms - Traditionally, only men and boys practiced yoga. Yoga is for everyone!
